Who handles your data

The data controller is [Įmonės pavadinimas], company code [Įmonės kodas], address [Adresas]. Send questions about your data to help@reedome.eu.

What we collect

When you fill in the questionnaire: your name, phone number, email address, your answers about your future home and your comments. We also store the language of the questionnaire, the time it was sent and campaign tags (UTM) if you came from an advert.

If you accept analytics and marketing cookies, we collect pseudonymised visit data (Google Analytics) and advertising performance data (Meta Pixel).

Why we use it

To answer your enquiry, prepare a proposal and contact you the way you prefer. Legal basis: your consent and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and (b)).

We use analytics and marketing data to improve the website and our advertising, only with your consent.

How long we keep it

We keep questionnaire data for [24 months] after our last contact if no contract is signed. If a contract is signed, data is kept for as long as the law requires.

Who can see it

Only the REEDOME team handles your data. The website and email are hosted by Hostinger, acting as a data processor. If you accept cookies, Google and Meta receive data. We never sell your data.

Essential cookies and browser storage remember your cookie choice. Analytics and marketing cookies are switched on only with your consent. You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the page.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, to receive it in a portable format and to withdraw consent at any time. Write to us at help@reedome.eu.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in Lithuania the State Data Protection Inspectorate (vdai.lrv.lt), or the authority in your own country.
